The breakfast was GOOD!!! It included different dishes, such as Indian food and standard European options.
The location was not what I expected based on the photos, the underground parking was filthy. People slept there. I was directed to level -2 when it was full and told to pay.

The metro station is nearby which offers convenient access to various locations. The rooftop swimming pool was a refreshing amenity after a day exploring. The staff were generally helpful throughout the stay. I noticed a variety of indian dishes served at breakfast.
I found the club music audible late into the night.

Staff members throughout the hotel were available and ready to assist providing a supportive environment . The reception was particularly efficient during check-in and check-out which streamlined my travel schedule making my stay simple.

The rooftop swimming pool offered a clean relaxing space the pool area includes ample loungers. There is also a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes allowing guests to maintain their workout schedule.

The staff at the reception were very helpful. Samara assisted me with my luggage. Elsheikh printed my documents, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel location is convenient. It is near the metro. The breakfast and lunch served at the restaurant were AMAZING!!!
The water pressure in the bathroom was somewhat weak at certain times of the day.

the staff made a difference. huraira deserves special mention for his excellent support.
the safe box in the closet was not secured. it was easy for anyone to pick it up. also, the hotel is outdated and poorly maintained, it felt dirty.
